Terms and Conditions:

Scope of One-on-One Support
Clients receiving one-on-one support with email setup through this program acknowledge that Jennifer Goff’s services are strictly limited to email marketing platform configuration, form setup (including pop-up and inline forms), and basic optimization related to email collection. These services do not include website design, custom development, or any additional coding beyond what is necessary for embedding Flodesk or equivalent platform forms.
Each client is entitled to one (1) revision of their email form as part of the one-on-one support. Further revisions may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of the provider.
Clients also understand that instructional tools and step-by-step resources for form setup and platform usage are provided within the course and are expected to be reviewed prior to or in conjunction with receiving one-on-one assistance.
Coaching Call and Bonus Coaching Calls Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Bonus coaching call is available exclusively to students who are enrolling into the specified program, and during the specified time frame(typically within 30 days).
- Scheduling: Participants must schedule their coaching call within 60 days of receiving the offer. Calls scheduled after this period will not be honored.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your call. If you fail to show up within 10 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice, your coaching call may be forfeited.
- Duration: Each coaching call will last for a maximum of the precise minutes specified.
- Confidentiality: All discussions during the coaching call are confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any personal or sensitive information shared during the session.

Subject to clause 4.5 below, Glow Box Academy Ltd's total liability arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and in relation to anything which we may have done or not done in connection with these terms and conditions and the delivery of the Service (and whether the liability arises because of breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) shall be limited to the Fees received by us in connection with the relevant Online Course or Taught Course in relation to which a dispute has arisen.
4.5. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit Glow Box Academy liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation or (iii) any other matter which under English law may not be limited or excluded.
4.6. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the Services concerned have finished or ceased to be provided by us.

9.4. Fees for the Service selected by you on the Website or purchased over the telephone shall be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to you attending any Taught Course or accessing any Online Course.
9.5. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of Services are for your own account and Fitch Learning Ltd shall not be responsible for these.
9.6. You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your attendance at any Taught Courses or your access onto any Online Course.
10. Termination
10.1. We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect in the event that you:
- fail to pay when your fees are due.
- act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee or any student inside Glow Box Academy's courses.
- cheat or plagiarize any work which you are required to prepare or submit in connection with the Services or during any examination taken in connection with the Services;
- are in breach of these terms and conditions.
10.2. On termination clause (liability), (intellectual property rights), (confidentiality) and (restrictions) shall continue notwithstanding such termination.
