Terms and Conditions:

Scope of One-on-One Support

Clients receiving one-on-one support with email setup through this program acknowledge that Jennifer Goff’s services are strictly limited to email marketing platform configuration, form setup (including pop-up and inline forms), and basic optimization related to email collection. These services do not include website design, custom development, or any additional coding beyond what is necessary for embedding Flodesk or equivalent platform forms.

Each client is entitled to one (1) revision of their email form as part of the one-on-one support. Further revisions may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of the provider.

Clients also understand that instructional tools and step-by-step resources for form setup and platform usage are provided within the course and are expected to be reviewed prior to or in conjunction with receiving one-on-one assistance.

Coaching Call and Bonus Coaching Calls Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Bonus coaching call is available exclusively to students who are enrolling into the specified program, and during the specified time frame(typically within 30 days).
  2. Scheduling: Participants must schedule their coaching call within 60 days of receiving the offer. Calls scheduled after this period will not be honored.
  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your call. If you fail to show up within 10 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice, your coaching call may be forfeited.
  4. Duration: Each coaching call will last for a maximum of the precise minutes specified.
Confidentiality: All discussions during the coaching call are confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any personal or sensitive information shared during the session.
No Refunds: The bonuses or coaching calls is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

Included Services
Support and services are provided within reasonable use. Excessive requests or scope outside the included services may require an upgrade or additional fee. Membership access is contingent on successful, on-time payments. If payment fails or is canceled, access to services will be revoked immediately until payment is resolved.

Failed or Bounced Payments
